WHITE SAGE has been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant for hundreds of years.
Thyme- all about out with the old and in with the new. By smudging thyme dispels melancholy, hopelessness and other mellow but negative vibrations. Thyme derives its name from the Greek "Thymus," meaning courage. Also excellent for releasing ceremonies; allows us to recall the past without pain.
